Cravetek's business plan is simple. Our goal since 2007 has been to provide clients with superior consulting services at affordable prices. It may sound simple, but there's a lot that goes into delivering on that mission. We have the resources and experience to help clients deploy application management and network monitoring solutions on time and on budget. Additionally, unlike many software vendors and IT services companies, once a project is completed, our focus is to fully enable clients through comprehensive training and mentoring of administrative staff. IT investments are expensive (both in terms of cost and resource allocation), and require a significant commitment by both the vendor and client to succeed. If your IT organization has or is considering AM solutions from HP Software, IBM (Tivoli, Netcool, Omnibus), Netuitive, or Evidant Software, give us a chance to earn your consulting business. You won't be disappointed. |

VIsion and Values
Cravetek's value proposition is about doing more with less for our clients. By working directly with us, you can essentially eliminate layers in "the system" without sacraficing experience or quality. On average, the projects Cravetek delivers are 20-30% less expensive, either on time & materials engagements or SOW / fixed bid projects. The software environments we focus on in our consulting practice are both expensive to buy and complex to maintain. Often, our customers face challenges with best practices and understanding how to get the most out of their software investments. That's where we come in. From the initial discovery and assessment process through the project wrap-up meetings, Cravetek's consultants deliver the results that clients expect. ROI for software projects can be challenging, especailly when clients are not equipped to take over after the installation and configuration. Aside from standard deployments and upgrade migrations, Cravetek specializes in fixing problems and enabling clients to take over the day-to-day operations. |
