Our consulting management practice was founded in 2007 by a group of senior IT engineers and executives to assist enterprise clients optimize ESM (Enterprise Systems/Service Management), AM (Application Management), BPM (Business Process Mapping), BTO (Business Technology Optimization) and ITG environments. Our core project management & delivery teams offer significant levels of expertise, referencing over 30 combined years of relevant project work. Cravetek, LLC is strategically aligned via select channel partnerships with industry leading software vendors including: HP / Mercury, IBM (Tivoli, Netcool, Omnibus, & TADDM consulting), Netuitive, and EMC / VMWare. Our focus on ESM allows us to concentrate on very specific IT platforms and environments; and our goal is to enable clients who strive to maximize functionality & ROI with their software investments. Essentially, we're NOT the typical IT consulting firm looking to partner with everyone, attempting to deliver everything. The foundation of our practice is Application Management / Network Monitoring consulting, specifically utilizing HP/Mercury's BAC (Business Availability Center), DDM - MAM, SiteScope, BSM, RUM, BPM, HP Diagnostics, Release Control, Service Center / Service Manager (formerly Peregrine), Openview, and uCMDB platforms. Additionally, Cravetek has enhanced it's product portfolio by adding IBM's Tivoli (including Netcool and Omnibus). Our industry leading consulting group has successfully designed, deployed, customized and managed these technologies at many Fortune 500 and Federal Government (DoD) clients - both nationally and internationally. These very specialized IT environments are both expensive to deploy and complex to manage; and in most cases, client organizations simply don't have the appropriate talent or resources on hand. Cravetek specializes in helping clients get the work done right the first time (discovery through architecture, development and finally production), training/mentoring/hand-off (to enable client staff), optimizing upgrades; and Cravetek has become known for re-engineering/salvaging projects that may have gone wrong for one reason or another.
